The Salvation Army in Saffron Walden is hosting five free meditation sessions over Lent starting on Thursday 6th March between 7:30 pm and 8:45 pm at the Salvation Army Hall, Abbey Lane CB10 1AG
This five-week journey will guide you through the events of Holy Week, leading up to and including Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection.
These meditations use your imagination to provide a calm, comfortable space to meet God.
All are welcome to enjoy these meditations, which are intentionally inclusive, non-directive, and experiential.
No faith background or prior knowledge is needed to attend, enjoy, and benefit from these Lent sessions.
