Join us for a welcoming Afternoon Tea at St Mary’s as we raise awareness for Hope into Action—a charity equipping churches to provide safe, stable homes and long‑term support for people rebuilding their lives after homelessness. Your presence helps shine a light on this vital, dignity‑restoring work.

We invite you to attend an event recognising the valuable contributions of Fairtrade, Uttlesford Food Bank, The Young Farmers, and The Salvation Army in supporting and distributing food within the community. This event will offer opportunities to gain insights, connect with others, and engage in interactive prayer stations. A video presentation highlighting the work of these organisations will be shown throughout the gathering.

Additionally, we will mark the launch of the United Reformed and Methodist Church’s monthly ‘Soup on Saturday’ initiative. Your participation is welcome as we commence this meaningful programme.

Toy Appeal

Thank so much to all who donated toys so generously to this years toy appeal. A special thanks to the children of Chrishall and Farnham Schools and to Lloyds Bank in Saffron Walden who organised collections for this appeal. Toys were collected for over 100 children who might not have had anything under the tree this year.
